NIBIC's goal is for every person providing pastoral care, counseling, and consultation in workplace settings to meet these professional standards.

Specialized Training

NIBIC promotes and conducts training and other educational programs geared toward developing qualified business and industrial chaplains.

Professional Meetings

NIBIC members are involved in research to measure effective work. Through mailings, members share findings and concerns. Members also receive a link to the NIBIC webpage, the SCA Journal and many continuing education and certification opportunities.
